Who we are

Hey there! We are Erich and Daniella Sanchack, father daughter bestselling authors of The Nosam Chronicles. We are beyond excited to share our epic fantasy series with readers, with the first installment, The Orphans of Nilad, available in paperback, hardcover, and ebooks now!

We have always been close, bonding over various books, tv shows, and hobbies. In the last couple years we realized those shared moments were building towards something bigger. That realization sparked the idea that grew into The Nosam Chronicles. What began as a way for a father and daughter to stay close has become a story that bridges two generations. Our hope is that what brought us together brings others together as well!

Meet the Authors!

  • Erich Sanchack is a tech industry leader with 30 years of experience building innovative organizations. A US Marine Corps combat veteran, he’s earned national recognition for veteran advocacy, including the Patriots in Business Award from the Thayer Leadership Institute. He’s been named a Top 10 Most Innovative CEO by CIO Views Magazine and one of the 10 Best CEOs by Key Leaders Magazine. Erich serves on the American Heart Association board in Austin and is a multiple-award recipient for philanthropy. A Penn State University graduate with a degree in electrical engineering, he’s also a two-time cancer survivor, classic-rock guitarist for charity, and longtime Dungeon Master who believes great stories shape how we lead, love, and endure.

  • Daniella Sanchack is a lifelong reader who’s always believed in the transformative power of story. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business management with an emphasis in international business and a minor in entrepreneurship, pairing strategy with creativity from the start. A heart surgery survivor, she’s a passionate advocate and volunteer with the American Heart Association, sharing her story through speeches and television to raise awareness for children with heart disease and women’s heart health. By day, she works as a program manager specialist in B2B tech. By night, she plays Dungeons & Dragons (with Erich, her father, as Dungeon Master), drawn to worlds where imagination, puzzles, and hope collide.
